    Jill uses a prepared edge method with a template and starch to turn the seam allowance edge before the pieces are attached to the background. You will learn lots of techniques including, curves, sharp points, circles, shaping vines, placements, shadowing, embroidery detail, stitching, etc. This method gives even beginners very good results that you can be happy with!   

    You will need to purchase the pattern or kit directly from Jill’s website:  Courtyard Quilt Kit (jillilystudio.com).  The pattern is $20 US and the kit, which includes the pattern, is $140 US.  Supply List
