If a registered participant elects to withdraw from a workshop for any reason, she/he must notify the program chair. Refunds will be provided as follows:

● A full refund will be given if the cancellation occurs at least one month prior to the workshop.

● A full refund will be given if the program chair is able to fill the opening from the wait list, regardless of cancellation timing.

● If the cancellation occurs within one month of the workshop date and the program chair is unable to fill the opening, half of the registration fee will be refunded.

● No refund will be given for a no-show the day(s) of the workshop. TAS reserves the right to cancel a workshop for any reason (e.g., low enrollment, instructor cancellation). In the event a workshop is canceled TAS will refund registration fees.
