Why join The Appliqué Society® ?
In the few short years since its founding, TAS has grown enormously in membership. We believe that our members appreciate the benefits membership offers. Among these are:
Our newsletter is bursting at the seams with great information. Interviews with talented quilt artists, information on happenings in the world of appliqué, articles on trends, tips and techniques, book reviews and original patterns donated to TAS for use in their newsletter. Many times these patterns are not found in any other source. It is truly the best way to keep up to date on the world of appliqué and also become part of a caring group of stitchers dedicated to "promoting, teaching and encouraging the love of ALL types of Appliqué Quilting".
More and more of our members are joining and forming chapters. These groups of appliqué lovers meet periodically to share projects, companionship, and enjoy materials and information provided especially by TAS.
When you join TAS you will also be able to purchase our official membership pin, for a nominal fee. And when you renew your membership we will send you our free pattern of the year. You will also have the opportunity to register for classes at our quilt show and meeting before the general public registration, giving you first pick at the teachers you most want to learn from.
The knowledge that you are supporting, and are a part of, the largest growing organization for the promotion of appliqué out there!

When TAS members renew their membership they always receive a
FREE pattern
as a bonus. Anyone renewing their membership after September 1st, 2005 will
receive the current year's pattern.
