2007 Show Faculty Announced!!

Some of the above have taught at previous TAS shows, but some will be new to the TAS show scene. All are well known nationally, some have been featured in the TAS newsletter. We have tried to make the selection of faculty to reflect a variety of styles and techniques so there will be something for everyone.
Attention TAS Members!
Don't miss out on a chance to show off your beautiful quilt at the Show in Tampa, TAS members! Those who are planning to attend the Show are looking forward to seeing a glorious exhibit. So don't be shy, read over the instructions and print out the entry form and send it in.

We are also canceling 2 other classes due to inadequate enrollment: Nancy Kerns' Friday afternoon class and Kathy Kansier's Saturday class. We will attempt to contact all those who have signed up for these classes to offer alternatives. In the open slots we now offer:

This from the Show Administrator Wish you could go to the show next year, but feel a bit of pinch in the pocketbook? Sharing a room at the hotel might help, but you may not know anyone who is going and would like to share. We have established a "Roommates Coordinator" who will take your name and contact information. Then once a month she will send the list of those who have contacted her out to those on the list. It will be up to the individuals to contact someone on the list to make arrangements and when you are all set, let the coordinator know so your names can be removed from the list. As the time grows closer to the show, the list may be sent out more frequently than once a month. The Appliqué Society does not take any responsibility for this arrangement beyond making it possible to make contact with potential roommates. Reservations at the Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay will be the responsibility of the roommates.
